Keyword Tips If you are search for "50we610 blinking" try "we610 blinking". If you search for "5 blinking" try "five blinking". If you search for "Sony KDF-55wf655" try "55wf655" or better yet "wf655". Try searching with general search term first and then add more specific keywords to narrow it down.

Recommended after display the search results. I would open the links in a new window. Read the postings and when done close the window. And open the next posting that you want to read in a new window, close that window and repeat. This is probably the most efficient way.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postI have a Sony flatscreen monitor (or tv? idk) that I got from my friend, the model is PFM-42B1. I want to play my Xbox 360 on it, but the screen displays nothing when everything is on.  The s video cable (which uses the Y/C input?) I have goes to my VCR which has the Xbox's RCA cables (those yellow, white, and red wires) connected to it. I'm using a Samsung DVD/VHS Duel Deck (model DVD-V4800) which was lying around my house. -------------------------- I was thinking about getting this co

First 650 characters of this postKdf E60A20 Not getting anywhere.  6 red blinks, green, 6 red blinks.  No picture.  Some people said thermal fuse will fix. Replaced thermal fuse. Didn't fix.  Some people said sometimes it's because of the lamp.  Replaced the lamp. Didn't fix.  Now what?Could it be a board?  How much do the boards cost?  I'm ready to throw it against the wall and go buy a Samsung or something.[ This message was edited by: MattCable on 2011-12-13 18:36 ]

First 650 characters of this postDuring Sony's second-quarter earnings announcement this week, the company reported that it may lose roughly $1.2 billion this fiscal year (which ends in March 2012), due primarily to "unfavorable foreign exchange rates and lower LCD television sales." The company has also provided limited details on the expected restructuring of its TV business, which we first discussed back in August. The stated goal is to return the business to profitability in the fiscal year that ends in March 2014. According to a

First 650 characters of this postThought I would add the latest. When I got to work I had a message to call home. The bloody thing is working now!WTF?????????????????Anyway, after checking with the Brick regarding availability of a new Samsung Smart 46" I brought up the problem with the Sony. she gave me their warranty department number and when I contacted them found out I did buy the extended warranty. First 650 characters of this postGlad to hear that you could diagnose the problem in this way. I think that this type of T-CON board is used in 46" and 52" models (hence the typenumber which is perfectly clear visible at your photograph). It's not always obvious for what reason electronic circuits break down. However there are design errors and external factors, some electronics breaks down without appointable reason. Some chips on this kind of T-CON boards do heat up a lot, but the Sony-designers did add a heatsink according to the specifications the manufacturer of the T-CON board (Samsung) provid

First 650 characters of this postHi Everyone,I've been installing Kensington Cable Locks on my PCs and flat panel TVs.  I have a 40" Samsung that has a slot for a Kensington Cable Lock on the back, same as the locks used to secure PCs and Laptops to desks.  I've been looking around the documentation and the back of the KDL-40Z4100 to see if there's any sign of such a lock slot, but haven't turned anything up.I was wondering if anyone else has used something like the Kensington lock to secure their large flat panel TVs.  Kensington makes an adapter set for compo
